The short version

You open the Wired app and call. You talk plainly. Wired does the admin inside the apps you already use, then reads back what it did. The whole thing fits inside a drive home.

A real Tuesday afternoon

4:47pm. Brad wraps up a service in Salisbury. Before he heads home to Lewiston, he opens the Wired app and calls.

"Schedule Margaret's split install for Thursday morning." Booked into Fergus, Thursday morning blocked on the calendar, Margaret's job on the run sheet.

"Add Sarah at 14 Wattle Crescent as a new customer. Job notes: topped up the gas, replaced the filter." Customer added, site logged, job created with notes attached.

"How am I tracking on the P&L this quarter? And who owes me money?" P&L pulled, three invoices overdue, $4,800 outstanding.

Brad pulls into the driveway. Six minutes. The laptop stays shut tonight.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the Wired app and tap call. Works on iOS and Android as a PWA. The call uses LiveKit under the hood — low latency, hosted in Australia.
  2. Talk plainly. Tell Wired what you need in your own words. It understands Australian English, trade slang, and the way you actually talk on the phone.
  3. Wired writes to your apps. Using your own credentials, Wired makes the changes in Fergus, ServiceM8, Tradify, Xero, MYOB, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Google Drive, Reece, Tradelink, Bunnings and Apple Maps. It reads back anything important before committing.
  4. Hang up. The admin is done. You can review the trail in the app, or just trust it and move on.
